Tried that already... I mean, i have dual monitor setup, one on dvi one on vga cause it's too stupid to grow a dvi input Anyway, i'm logging out, it's actually 11:40pm here and i have classes tomorrow. You all have a pleasant evening, I'm out! PS: all the hex editing i did was for some games back in the good days (diablo and a couple of other cheat-worthy-just-for-fun games)

blitzkrieg, I'm not sure what "spinning in circles" means, but when the windows logo apears when booting in normal mode it just freezes.

at least your monitor doesn't enter on standby and your card shows as quadro. What driver do you have installed now?

I've installed the only driver which windows installed automatically after finding my card. Then in order to install new drivers I have to restart and after restarting it freezes with artifacts like I've said.

For those of you who seemed to had a driver/windows problem, have you try fresh windows installation? I highly recommend using Vista x64 instead of 7, due to the nature of 182.08 driver which was originally developed to run on Vista x64.
I had the same issue before, but after a fresh windows installation, everything works smoothly now...
