Hi Recorn & welcome,
You are going to need a 2x AGP card for this mac which limits you a bit to either a 9800 Mac edition or a 2x compatible PC edition 9800 flashed to mac or a Nvidia 6200 PC card flashed to mac. The 6200 PC cards are fairly, readily available I believe at low cost, I take it you have a Rage 128 at the moment.
I think Reddrag0n may have some experience of the 6200.

The ATI 9800 will be faster than the Nvidia 6200 although its an older design.

You may want to consider one of these and a couple of Sata drives set up as a Raid Stripe. I used this setup on a sawtooth for some time and it actually made quite a difference.

Thanks Steve... lol. Anyways, the only way a 6200 would work in a Sawtooth is if it's a Rev 2 board that you have. Capable of handleing dual CPU. Mine did work until the mobo died and i had to get a Rev 1 mobo. Then the video card freaked. So now i have my 1.4 GHz (thanks again Steve ) and a PCI 5200 in my Sawtooth right now. If you can get the faster 6200 with the fan attached, it's rated faster than the one without the fan. I know someone on eBay sells them (someone from Hong Kong) and they might work. But like i said, you need a Rev 2 board in order for it to work right. If you don't, then the ATI 9800 would be a better solution. Also remember that the video card you do get would have to be a 2X AGP compliant. I know alot of cards out there are only 4X and 8X compliant only. So do some research and see what you can come up with. Oh, and if you want this to be a powerhouse for video, bump the ram up to 2 gig. The Sawtooths and Gigabit Ethernets can handle it. Just don't use OS 9. It only see's 1.5 gig of it.

it might be able to be flashed, you would have to search the macelite.com in order to see what they have done. I would say strangedogs, but they seem to have relocated to the macelite.

is your card 8X compliant? if so, we will need to tape some pins off.
