Just completed a base unit for a Thermaltake Level 10 case with leveling/lockable stainless steel base (the shiny bit at the bottom). Below are a couple of pics. This is a lovely case (all Aluminium) but let down by the fact that they tend to list to one side slightly. By fixing the base to the bottom of the actual computer rigidity is restored. Thermaltake and the BMW design team should have got that right from the start. I would quite like to find some slot DVD drives and make a stainless cover for the 3 x DVD drives. By the way, this thing is a monster - it completely dwarfs the Mac Pro's next to it. Running 10.6.3 with an Asus P6T7 and 2 x GTX 285's.

Hi Guys, I will try to remember to bring home my camera tomorrow. I have been looking for 3 slot drive DVD units but no one seems to have them anymore other than laptop drives. I fancied covering the drives with a polished bit of stainless steel to match the base but with 3 narrow slots milled into the front.
PS.
BB, That wooden version is cute!

Aqua, who makes your desk? I am trying to piece together a new office for myself and it looks absolutely gorgeous.
Cheers, Myriad

Hi Myriadgaurdian, The manufacturer of the desk is an Italian company called Tonnelli. Here is their website: LINKI have both the simple u-frame version above and the one below but with wenge coloured drawers: LINKThe drawers are bought seperately: LINKBut I don't use them - the shelf is quite handy though and the top is frosted on the desk. It is fabulously made!
