Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and to OS X86. I'm a long-time Mac user since the very first G3 processors were released. I discovered the OS X86 scene by accident and have jumped in with both feet... ;D
I've built a system and successfully installed the Retail (Vanilla) 10.5 and updated through Apple software update. After much trial and error I managed to find three kexts that give me stable graphics:NVInject, NVDANV50Hal & NVDAResman.
However, changing the resolution gives me the blue screen. The display calibration assistant runs, but the actual sliders do not work (alter gamma, etc.)
Is anyone aware of a work around for this?
The only other kexts installed are: VoodooHDA & OpenHaltRestart.
I have QuartzGL enabled (Via OSX86Tools) and use Boot Think (purely because it seems the most "Mac-like" to me.)
