hi guys, long time no post i know..
I've just been given a Mac Pro 1,1 - the first quad model (2 x dual core 2.6 GHz Xeons). There's no memory, no HDDs and no graphics card.
Is this worth "fixing up"? I'm thinking its an opportunity to replace my main desktop (a hack) with a real Mac again but is it worth the bother?
If I do fix it up, the ram and HDDs aren't a problem but I've been looking around for a graphics card and this seems to be trickier. I like the idea of using an injector like ATY_INIT and using a Gainward 8800GT I've got spare, but I still need a Mac card to get it to boot and the old Mac 7300GT seems very difficult to get hold of.
Any other options out there?

I think I might have posted this in the wrong section - anyone with moderator access feel free to shift it somewhere else (like maybe the Mac Pro section lol).
I decided to give it a try by the way - received a 8800GT from scrumpymacs this morning along with some generic FBDIMMs from another ebay seller. Will see if it boots this evening....
