I personally don't know of a way to do it through windows. The only way I know of is to create a boot disk and then flash it with nvflash and the appropriate rom.

Hello thank you for your answer. Well the bios included on this site are the quadro roms right. So supposedly after you flash a Card it has the firmware of the quadro (hard mod).
So by doing that then it must work everywhere right?
I mean i dont see a reason for doing this and working only on mac platforms and not Windows. What's the difference?

What's the difference? not really sure if I understand your question. If you are asking that if after you flash the card with a mac rom will it still work on a windows machine? I highly doubt it. I don't think any of these roms were written to function on both types of machines. There are video cards out there that came from the factory with roms designed to work on both machines, such as the Radeon 9800Pro.

Do all of these roms located in this site qualify as a MAC roms?
What makes it MAC rom? I thought that a rom is just a rom... meaning that after you backup the firmware from a device then that makes it a universal bios.
Or have their original Roms been tweaked to work on MAC, is that it?
So when talking Windows what's the best option one has for turning a gaming card, into a workstation one?

Am i to understand that in order for nvidia and Ati cards in general they need to be modded in order to be used on MAC? Sorry but havent used MAC before. IF none of the commercial cards are compatible then which are? Only Apple proprietary?
BTW what is this site linked?I see it only has infromation for MAC systems, any idea if there's a hardmod for windows? I really need some way to practice the mod for use with Windows.
