server problems after upgrade

My server was fine before the 10.4.9 upgrade and now i can't get software updates nor use disk repair. I even tried using the 10.4.3 DVD for the disk repair and i get the same thing you are about to see. I have checked the apple docs about this and i have tried what they stated and still nothing. Maybe someone out there might be able to figure this one out. I still have my website up and all, but i can't do anything else about the software

The video is time lapsed due to it's length of video and crappy iMovie quality. But you should still be able to read what it says for both problems.
Remote desktop for logging into the server and Snapz Pro X for catching all this on video.

Hmm,

I also had this problem once, but I never really sorted it, ended up with re-installing. Have you tried Disk Warrior. It may be a corrupted file. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
