Hi, Well this is the first test I did with Open Mark with my OCed 6800 Ultra: With Stock frec & stock fan: 400/550 = final score: 13436 top temp: 74ºC With OC & Zalman VF900: 450/600 = final score: 14971 top temp: 60ºC Idle temp with stock fan: 59ºC Idle temp with Zalman vf900: 46ºC Not bad..eh? New fan is a Zalman VF900-Cu Dual Heatpipe

These are some pretty good figures, in fact identical to my Ultra converted to GT that has a Quadro cooling system. It may even go higher but I thought this was about as far as I would push things, after all a dead Ultra is no laughing matter!

yes...i will take with caution..so at the moment the 6800 is very stable. Also no more OC than 450/600, as you said..i want to keep my 6800 alive for a long time.. ...i was just the need for speed..."Symdrome"..

Openmark score on the OEM ATI x850xt in my G5 2.7 Dual, is 16313, even beats my Quadro fx4500 in my G5 Quad.
It doesn't beat it in UI tests, or some other things, but straight OpenGL, its faster than the fx4500.
(its not necroing a thread if the questions and answers are still valid)
