Hey all,
I have a mac pro that originally had a ati 1900XT in it however i want to replace it with a GTX280 and i was wondering if it was possible.
I'm currently running Lion and have seen other folks using the card via various methods however everything i've tried hasn't worked. Multibeast, NVenabler.kext etc.
When ever the card is in the machine it boots ok (with the chime) however all i get is a black screen.
Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys.

Just a quick update on this.
Looks like this is sorted, updated lion and installed nVidia's osx drivers for the 285 and it seems to work however you do not see the initial apple boot logo.
It reads it correctly as GTX280 however it thinks there is only 256MB of memory and the bluetooth mouse is a bit laggy. Does anyone know if this has to be manually edited in the extensions to get the right output?
Thanks all, appreciated.
