Would dvd carrier from 2009 fit 2007 mac pro case?

Hello I'm building a hack pro. I got a Mac Pro case and came with out dvd carrier. Are the carrier from 2007 and 2009 the same ?

What about hard drive carrier I see they have different part number but are they interchangeable ?

For a 2007 mac pro, you need to obtain the DVD carrier from a mac pro of similar vintage, eg one that has the dual 120mm fans at the front and not the latest type of internal layout. You can pick them up from Scrumpymacs - you'll probably have to give them a call.
