Nope, this one doesn't have DVI. It has VGA and S-Video on it. I don't need the S-Video to run anything.
As for the flashing strings, i have already tried the -e, -r, --eraseeeprom
all with no positive results.
I still get an EEPROM error in the end.
i will try the -4 -5 -6 -j string with the 5.12 nvflash with the 1075 oem rom. if that doesn't work, i will probably throw this card out the window and have a big truck run over it for good measure.

finally got a hold of a camera here are pics of my card. on picture one, there are 3 chips highlighted. none of them look like a rom, but this is what is on them... red highlight: SST MTP 27SF010 90-3C-NH 0106004-C blue highlight: CONEXANT Bt868KRF 25868-16 E166247.1 0146 PHILIPPINES yellow highlight: 3055L Δ13S1

Seems that rubberduck is right. Your card has EPROM, not EEPROM - any nvflash won't touch it. It's this SST chip: SST27SF010 90 3C NH.

The red one is, strange but true, a eeprom. But i donĀ“t even think either any of one of the flasher may work for this exclusive eeprom or the chip is swapable with a proper one. Maybe one of some serial flash programs will work - mpu51.tripod.com/eprom/win9x.html Furthermore the blue one is the video en/decoder for s-video and the yellow one seems to be a field effect transistor, what the heck?

You're right rubberduck. I've misreaded datasheet. It's EEPROM.

Well thank you guys/gals. i think what i will do is down the road, get a 9600 XT 128 MB G5 card and mod it to work on a G4. From what i read, those are the easiest cards to mod and still have work properly on a mac.
