6800 XE to PPC rom

Hi,

Has anyone ever seen a thread or have any ideas about anyone having success with the 6800 XE(device ID 0043) The ultra flash leaves it without DVI working. The reduced rom no sensor gt rom leaves it not working at all. I can soft strap it to make it report as a 0045 ID but that doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Hi, check the hardstrapped ID within rivatuner first. than change the Straps with Hexeditor. Look for the "italian job" at strangedogs.proboards ;-)
