I want to build my own computer. I’d like to dualboot hackintosh and windows 7. For now just fan cooling, (liquid cooling maybe later)
Could someone give me some advice?
These are the specs:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE, GA-X58A-UD 9( (rev1.0) CPU: i7-980X
I’m not sure about the case, psu , (and extra fans) Case: Lian-li Armsuit PC-P80 OR Lian-li TYR PC-X2000 PSU: Energmax Modu87+mEMG800EWT or one form gigabyte or …. (want to have it run quit!)
Memory: the specs from intel says DDR-1066
So if i want to use 1600 MHz, the overclocked the cpu to get the extra speed out of it, or? Graphic card: don’t now yet HD: I’m considering to take a few solid state disk, one for windows 7 (40GB) and one for mac os (40GB) and an other one for my pictures and document (120 or 2*64) and just a normal 7200rpm for some stuff I often don’t use (perhaps with off switch)
advice?
