Well, I got this card from my cousin, was going to flash to a MAc.
Problem, I left it in the car and now it don't post at boot. I've looked over the board the best I could, and everything looks fine.
Maybe a fix. I was going to solder another rom on to the card, as I'm thinking this is the problem, anyone else ever had this happen to them?
Should I Fix? or should I just make it a paper weight?
Edit* lol, what was I thinking, should I both. poor English there if I ever saw any

Certainly worth a shot to see if you can resurrect it. If someone had monkeyed with the rom previously this could certainly stop it from booting. Guess you have nothing to loose.

Well, I wish that was the case, but I had pulled this from a working system. Regardless I'll give it a shot, hoping it's the rom, but it could be more trouble than worth.

Did you remember to tape 3 & 11. That used to catch me out sometimes, or are you trying to boot in a PC.

Well, after replacing the rom, I'm guessing the heat from the car had loosen some solder joints somewhere. Took new rom off ( 128k ) and put in the trash. What a sad day it is

Sorry to hear that, maybe one of the tiny caps came off the back or something. Always difficult to fault find when you get zip!
