To work on a mac, it needs to have a Ralink chip on board type RT 2500. You could possibly crack open the case with a penknife & physically have a look or download the drivers here: www.ralinktech.com/supp-1.htmIf it doesn't work then the chipset is unsupported. The driver download also includes an uninstaller so you can get rid of it if no good. One word of warning, your comp will take a while to reboot immediately following intstallation.

Ok, so here is an update on this..... The company is called ZyDAS and according to the chip, it's a ZDA211. Well, the website they have don't have this adapter. Instead they have the ZD1211. Surprisingly enough, they are the same thing. So, here is the newest adition to the family. Almost puts D-Link aside for small parts and pieces. As i type this and post it, i have been using the wireless adapter and so far it seems to work ok. Here are some updated pics of the instalation and the info.
