I believe villagepeople is wrong about a socket for mini-SAS, which is what we need, as they just don't exist. I've looked absolutely everywhere and found only cables with the same connector and sas cards. If you really have found one, post the pic of it here so we can see it and tell you whether or not it will work. I mean I'd love for you to have found one, but I just don't believe it until I've seen it. Has anyone taken a look at "mooners" work? He ordered cables and discusses the work in his build history and website he got it from. take a look at his build www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=23285&start=0I'm an extreme newbie just waiting to get my parts and reading about others builds to research for mine. |
