Hi,
You cannot install the GTX 285 drivers from EVGA on snow - you will get a message saying something like you do not need these drivers as your system they are not needed. In fact they are basically the same but 32 bit instead of the 64 bit snow ones so stay as you are you already have the best set up.

Thanks aquamac. It was mostly for curiosity's sake. Do you know whether the 280 supports opengl 3.0 as the extension viewer lists it as unsupported/failed.

No, The 280 GTX does not support openGL 3. I guess we will have to wait for the next nvidia card iterations for that support.

I get a black screen at the end of loading after I install this package. Am I supposed to install just one? If so, which one should I use for EVGA gtx 260 core 216? Sorry for noobiesh questions, but I really am a noobie to OSX. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry for noobiesh questions, but I really am a noobie to OSX. Any help is appreciated. Yeah same here I cannot get any of my video cards to work I either end up with an error or a black screen which I then have to reinstall Leopard. Can anyone help me I'm just trying to get graphics support I have a Alienware laptop with: Onboard Nvidia GeForce 9400 And Two Nvidia GeForce GTX 260M with SLI Intel Dual Core 2.8 4gb of DDR3 memory I'm just trying to get graphics support with any of the video cards I seen some threads that onboard video cards wouldn't work then I seen another one where someone said they could use one video card and it would work but if they used SLI they got a black screen. So any advice? I'm not sure I can disable SLI and just use one video card since its a laptop but I can either use the two video cards in SLI or the onboard card. Thanks
