I have 2 Geforce 8800 GT Apple video cards and i was curious if i could use them both to help in rendering? Have them share load on its processors... Is it even possible, will the open slots allow it? Does anyone have any experience?

But is it possible to do this in 8-core Mac Pro?

I maybe wrong... but Apple dont support SLI.. there are no drivers for it. So really you shouldnt need an SLI cable..

well I read in a Apple reviews section for the card that it doesn't work on the old 2007 versions but on the latest 2008 8-core series that he got it to work on the newest leopard out. But, it was only 1 person that mentioning that he's tried it. I wanted more information on it if anyone has tried it. Or will it ruin my system to try it out myself? How about the voltage? Where would i get the SLI ribbon for this?
