I finally upgraded my MDD to a Dual 80mm Rad & Fan setup. I will follow with more pics eventually. After playing Doom 3 for a couple of hours, the copper shim that mounts onto the processors is still cold to the touch, even when the Dual processors run at 1.59 GHz. ;D

Nice, very nice. Glad the info from Gigadesigns worked out for one of the machines at least. Now to get the others to overclock nicely.

There are also 2 other real benefits of this fan setup,
1. Because of the cooler temperature in the general processor area, the 7800GS is now running 4 degrees cooler & idles at 46-50 degrees.
2. The mosfets on the CPU daughter card get cooled as well and also the L3 cache. The fans on the dual rads are set to suck air in through the side panel & blow on the processor. This is what allows the Dual Giga 1.42 to run at Dual 1.59 GHz. This needed a voltage tweak to 1.65v,(1.6v was standard) and as you say that info from Giga was certainly usefull!
