Bravo JJ, That should sort out any naysayers! Nicely done. I have a spare G4 handle if you need it it's yours. Hey, fancy swapping your airport aerial for a handle?

Wow, absolutely incredible. You should submit that to AppleFritter...
Also, what I find really surprising is that the PSU dampening gasket you bought fit the Sawtooth's PSU. I thought it was an Apple custom part which couldn't fit any standard PC part like that at all.
Is it possible that that same gasket could fit on the PSU of the MDD?

I would but i blew all my cash on rent and bills this month. Had to catch up big time.
Um, that's an ATX power supply from a PC modded to work in a sawtooth. My original power supply was the rev 2. 237W. This is a 450W.
Sorry mate since the MDD power supply is built more flat than a standard power supply design.

That is an excellent idea,
Perhaps for those that don't know how to do it, you might like to share how you made the podcast, software used etc. It is certainly a good way to show off your mods & show others how to achieve the same look!
By the way, you sounded fine.

all i used was garageband to make my podcast. once i was done, i told garageband to export to iweb, use iweb to make a podcast page, save to my comp (or others upload to their website). show others your work and that's it.

Maybe I missed this, but why did you replace the PSU on your Sawtooth?

Well, lets do the math. A Sawtooth Rev 1. has a 200W power supply. A Sawtooth Rev 2. has a 237W power supply. I put in a 450W power supply.
Here are all the parts i have installed. 2- 80Gig hard drives, 1- 40Gig hard drive, 1- pioneer DVD-R drive, Sonnet 1.4GHz cpu, nvidia 6200 video card, extra lights, extra fans.
Now, do you think that all of this can be run off of a single 237W power supply and still give me the power room for all my things installed and for the one's i am going to install? I still have to get a USB 2.0 card, a TV tuner/capture card, and a SATA card with eventual 4- 750Gig SATA drives. I think after all of that installed, my computer would choke and not boot. So the 450W was a better option.
