I don't see a link for the 9300 card there. should i use another one, or use the generic one and somehow change it for to 512MiB?

Tried it using the generic one but with adding the "VRAM,totalsize" key to the in.plist file. I scored the black screen. Is there some reverse instructions so that I can go back and try something else (reference to previous post)? Maybe booting to Single user mode to edit "com.apple.Boot.plist" from there? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Can you post the location path for your card that you used in your in.plist? I can then make you a new one.

Here is my location path as you asked. PciRoot(0x4)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)
Can you please post the new in.plist here for me? Also, I can't remember if I said so yet or not, but its a 512MiB card.
thanks for the help aquamac. John

Try this! It should work. You need to follow the instructions on making an output file. Attachments:

Ok, just tried the process using the Strings guide and the zip you just posted, but it was to no avail. I get stuck on a black screen. But then I re-read the guide and noticed that it dont work when you do it under snow leopard. So, would you be able to post the out.hex here for me?? Thanks.

I hate to say it, but the out.hex you posted didn't work either. All I got was the Black screen. Am i missing some thing? Should i have installed a driver to go with the gfx string? Do you have any other ideas, because i'm all out?
Thanks for you help so far.
