Guys I have heard that you can create a bootable RAID 0 with Chameleon v2. Is this true? If it is true, are the steps fairly easy.

Hi there, I just did this with Chameleon-2.0-RC2-r640 and Snow Leo and a pair of Corsair P128 128 gig Solid state drives on my new hackie. Got some pretty nice scores in xbench: I will update my walkthrough for Chameleon 2 and snow Leopard, 10.5 Leo should be the same. GO HEREYou will need a bootable USB drive of Snow for Snow Leopard and 10.5 Leo for Leopard.

Thanx for the information aqua-mac. I have a few questions - what is the usb drive for?
- how many GB's do I need?
- Is there a gude or walk through on this site for installing/ upgrading to Snow Leo?
Once again thanx

I found his guide through Google search. Is this the way you got your Hackie upgraded to Snow Leo? Attachments:

The USB drive is the drive you will be booted from - see the walkthrough. It could also be another internal drive.

Aqua, Fantastic work! I won't be doing this anytime soon (my first corsair SSD broke the bank) but those numbers are very, very good You never fail to amaze!

Thanks Nik,
This system is really nice to use.
Themaniac84,
I did not use that guide, but nonetheless that is exactly how I installed. Seems like a pretty solid guide!
