So this forums was looking a bit unloved so thought I'd share my adventure making a Mac Book Nano. First off this has got to be the easiest install I have ever done on non-apple hardware. Windosx86.iso is a no-brainer and the only issue is screen resolution. That issue is taken care of simply with the 10.5.7 Combo (downloaded from Apple) and cybergreg's updater package which restores the keyboard and touch pad functions. After that it's simple as installing all the available updates and setting the preferences to your liking and hey presto! You're using the smallest Mac Book around ;D The only thing I had to do extra was download Ralinks Wireless Utility to get my WiFi going. This isn't the prettiest option going ( the wireless shows up as an extra Ethernet connection) but it works and a) I'm too broke to get a Dell 1510n WiFi card and b) I don't feel like cracking the case open ATM. Maybe when I get a 500GB HDD for this little bugger EDIT: Now with WiFi proper. The 1510n was just too tempting to pass up. I uninstalled the Ralink utility, deleted Ethernet 2, and restarted. Hey presto! Airport Extreme for $39.95 ;D
