the powerlogix 7447a 1.5ghz "cube-upgrade" works @133mhz bus with 2.0ghz. 100% stable and cold. geekbench2 - ca. 1020pts (thats only 120 less than a 1.42dual score ;D ) cinebench: (r10) rendering 1 cpu -> 989cb-cpu

The single 7447a's were always great overclockers. Only a few went to 2 gigs, I once heard of a guy that got 2.13 gigs to boot but eventually lock up. Still that should make your Quicksilver a handsome machine and really extend it's life.

Very nice, If you dont mind me asking.. what did you pay for the card? My cube is wasting away running Linux happily with its G4 450MHz. I'd like to put a M-ITX mobo and a Dual Core CPU in there but its getting round to it.

Oh, i know OWC I thought that P.logix is available somewhere in EU for 200 Euro. Changing FSB in Cube and other FSB 100 based macs gives an additional boost to memory related processes, i have done it before in Sawtooth and Gigabit - it's very simple. Thx 4 the info. regards black
