Well, after some serious consideration i decided to up the space on my webpage. Before i was hooked up with Shaw Cable using thier allocated space for my webpage. Yay, a measly 20 meg. Now that i have done some research on how to use the Apache webserver properly, i now have gained 20 gig worth of space. 20 meg vs. 20 gig. I think i will go with the webserver built into OS X. Sure, the only drawback is that when my computer gets turned off, so does my website. But now at least i can have proper file sharing, proper pic hosting and no longer having to rely on some one else's space to show off my things. Now the next step is to get a 500 gig SATA drive and then i will be laughing. That and keep my computer on 24/7.
Simple and ease of mind.
EDIT. Well i found out my bandwidth was being chewed up big time, so i had to put my website back onto shaw. I am going to talk to them soon about upping my space for saving files. Maybe that might help or i might have to either build a server or pay for major space.
