I'm currently using OS X Snow Leopard on a MacBook with a 250GB HD. But due to the lack of application support, particularly for games, I've been considering switching to Windows lately. But I've recently been hearing quite a bit about 'Linux', particularly 'Ubuntu' and was wondering what exactly are the main features and advantages of it over a Mac OS? Like, would it be able to run most Windows based applications/games and (hopefully) more advanced stuff like GTA IV? _______________________________________ Ski Holidays| Ski Holiday

I would think your best bet is to build and set up a dual boot system between Windows 7 and OSX Snow Leopard. I am no Linux expert but have messed around with it from time to time. As it's Unix based you cannot just load windows games onto it and I don't think it is the holy grail you are looking for.

I use Linux. It’s a great-looking device and is very well constructed. The extra screen real-estate makes browsing and navigation all the easier.
