Hi folks, hi aqua, i know that the XFX 6800XT/GS aka Xtreme is the worst option for a mile... BUT i fell in love with the black PCB with the shimmering green light around. Anyway. I'm on the way to modify a pre compiled Mac Rom with the PC settings. The main Problem i have is the vcore voltage?! It seems to be hidden, or maybe something like "hardwired". I patched it for 1.10v and will give it a shot. Is there any hope for success? Anybody done this before? here is a specs view :http://reviews.cnet.com/graphics-cards/xfx-geforce-6800-xtreme/1707-8902_7-31977666.html Apart from that the card drive two DVI ports and s-video. Could it not be that the card fits a MDD, because of its different layout? Yo keep it rollin... ;D by the way i will attach the ROM with best regards Attachments:

d...n, i stuck in Line 0000E38D (58253) and i don't know how to preserve the positions of 0115011212FC, because of the length of strings between the 32D4033C differs too much to keep the length of entire ROM. Any clue? Any advice will be appreciated. thanks a lot. Attachments:

Rubberduck,
Why are you trying to insert that line?

Oh, great to see you around, with the line i just follow the preliminaries accordingly to TME... But unfortunately i am too thumb either, or the guidelines are something inconclusive. I guess basically to change all the values after the 32 D4... string for a better functionality?! (between all the 0115011212FC after 32 D4 03 3C 70 04 08 20 02 10 00) The Rom i took from the TME is the "DVI Enabled (Arti) + hacked for specific Sparkle 6800 256MB NON GT (gotoh)" In this case i thought there are pretty more similarities to the 6800xtreme PCB. Its a shame that i couldn't hit it by myself Spend all the night long in front of the screen flickering like a pale bonfire, sucking all the clue out of nibitor, gpu-z and hexed... but. with a warm thanks in advance best regards

Hi all, for the simple reason i don't know wether the card will be going down with a barbecue if i take a wrong ROM, i want to raise the topic again. Please could i invoke a specialist for a little bit of aid?!
best regards
