Hi Eelhead, must have mised this one, the IO panel was made from 4 pieces. There is a front plate with the hole cut out, the IO part which is folded up at either side then a top and bottom cap. These were spot welded to each other then cleaned up.

Yeah I was thinking it was several. I like the design so I was thinking of implementing that into mine.
Got the mATX board and kinda just going to take my time with it.
